We have launched in India the most advance fluoropolymer like FEP, PFA, and TEFZEL.
1. FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) :-
FEP is a Co polymer of tetrafuoroethylene and hexaflouro propelene. It is rated for continuous service temperature up to 180° C to 200° C & retains the chemical resistance & dielectric strength of TEFELON PTFE.
2. PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) :-
PFA is newly developed melt processable fluoropolymer, is a Co polymer of tetrafuoroethylene and perfluoroalkoxy monomer. It has excellent mechanical strength outstanding dielectirc properties & is unaffected by virtually all solvents & chemicals even at high temperature of 240° C to 260° C.
3. TEFZEL :-
Tefzel is a strong & tough material rated for continuous service up to 150°. It has excellent processing thermoplastic properties. All these fluoropolymer resins are fabricated by the injection transfer moulding method in to comlicated shapes required for any chemical pharmaceutical & enviornmental industries.
